Challenge
Counterparties would not place competitive supplier data on a single shared datastore without enforced channels - yet regulators needed a verifiable audit across the graph when incidents occurred.
Approach
We stood up Hyperledger Fabric with organisation-specific channels, chaincode for custody handoffs, and integration adapters into ERP events. HashiCorp Vault backed enrollment; Prometheus and Grafana covered orderer and peer health across three regions.
Outcome
A stable multi-party ledger spanning forty-plus enterprise participants with reproducible join procedures, disaster recovery drills, and operations documentation the consortium could own directly.
